TALMONT RESORT IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SKYLINE EMERGENCY GENERATOR PROJECT
NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Talmont Resort Improvement District (TRID) will receive bids for the SKYLINE EMERGENCY GENERATOR until 4:00 P.M. on June 6, 2021. Bids will be opened and read at 8:35 A.M. on June 8, 2021 via zoom. Bids may be US Mailed to TRID, PO Box 1294, Tahoe City, CA 96145 or emailed to LibbyGregg4@aol.com to be received by 4:00 P.M. on June 6, 2021.
The work consists of construction of an approximately 41 SF reinforced concrete pad, 20 LF trench, and placing and securing a TRID pre-purchased generator on the pad. Location of the work will be in Talmont Estates at 1045 SKYLINE DR., Tahoe City, CA. All project work shall be completed within 30 days from notice to proceed.
Bidders must hold a valid Ca. Class A Contractor’s license and pay not less than prevailing wage rates to all workers on the project in accordance with the Ca. Labor Code. All questions concerning the proposed work shall be addressed to the TRID Water Manager, Rick Dewante, (916) 337-6775, rmdewante@sbcglobal.net. TRID reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid.
