Willibald K Dodge
Willi is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and alumnus of California State University. He has two adult children, has been a Tahoe resident since 1979, and Talmont homeowner since 1984. Before working for T.R.I.D., he supervised vehicle fleet maintenance in the ski industry. He enjoys Randonee skiing in the back country and is an avid reader of good books.
Rick Dewante
Rick has been the Water Manager for Talmont Estates since 2004. He is president of the Tahoe Park Water Co., an investor-owned utility serving about 500 customers in the Tahoe Park community. Rick’s family have been homeowners in Talmont since 1965. Rick is a registered Professional Engineer, has an MS in Civil/Sanitary Engineering from U.C. Berkeley, and a BS from U.C. Davis. He holds a General Engineering contractor’s license, and a Grade 3 Water Treatment Plant Operator’s license. Rick is president of Dewante & Stowell, a consulting engineering firm specializing in water and wastewater engineering.
