Special Meeting Notice

Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, 8:30 A.M.

1. CALL TO ORDER at 8:30am

Directors Present: Eileen Ilano, Mike Towne, Jonathan Jochem, Kristen Anderson, David Horovitz.

Others Present: Bugg Vokel, Kymberly Pypkin

2. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA – Jonathan brought up Water usage over the years to discuss at next board meeting
3. PUBLIC COMMENT – No public comment
4.    UNFINISHED BUSINESS

4.1  Snow removal bid opening –

2 bids were received for hydrant snow removal

• Bid 1 from Jason Gray Construction/Alpenglow Builders for $9,800.
• Bid 2 from Talmont Snow Removal for $6000

The board made a motion to go with the lower of the 2 and awarded the bid unanimously to Talmont Snow Removal for the price of $6000

2 bids were received for the Silver Tip pump house driveway

• Bid 1 from Jason Gray Construction/Alpenglow Builders for $3,800
• Bid 2 from Talmont Snow Removal for $1500

The board made a motion to go with the lower of the 2 and awarded the bid unanimously to Talmont Snow Removal for the price of $1500
