1.     CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order at 8:31am by President Tim Schroeder

Directors present: Tim Schroeder, Kym Pipkin, EIleen llano, Mike Towne and Nelson Rudolph came in at 8:45am

Others Present: Bugg Vokel, Richard Dewante, Mike Morgan and Mary

5.     NEW BUSINESS – None

6.1      Snow removal bid opening:
2 Bids were received for Silvertip driveway snow removal motion to accept Bid from Talmont Snow Removal for $1500 was passed with 3 I’s and 1 Nae
1 Bid was received for the Fire hydrant snow removal motion to accept only bid from Talmont Snow Removal for $5000 was passed unanimously.

6.2      Montclair tree removal quote discussion:
2 Bids were received for Montclair snow removal motion to accept bid from Jimbo’s, Inc. for the amount of $2875 was passed unanimously

6.3      Badger meter reader quote discussion:
Discussion on options to save on new Meter reading software and hardware was discussed. Motion: Purchase rugged laptop in house and not through Pace Supply. The amount of monies needed to complete the total purchase of the systems software and hardware is $15,185.30. The board motioned to approve and was unanimously approved.
