1.      CALL TO ORDER:The meeting was called to order by President Schroeder at 8:15                                                  Directors Present:Tim Schroeder, Nelson Rudolph, Eileen Ilano, Mike Towne. Others Present: Bugg Vokel, Willie Dodge, Rick Dewante & Bill Bate

2.      ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None

3.      PUBLIC COMMENT: Some concerns were brought up about board positions and discussed

4.      CONSENT CALENDAR:
4.1      Approval of the regular board meeting minutes of July 9th, 2024 – Motion and approved

4.2      Approval of the Paid Bills – Motion and approved

5.      NEW BUSINESS                                                                                                                                                                                                              5.1      Discussion of Cross-connection control plan- CA implementing all water districts submit a CCCP by July 1st 2025. Bugg and Rick will work on this over the winter.

6.      OLD BUSINESS                                                                                                                                                                                                                6.1      Discussion on 2nd winter operator Subcommittee progress – Need a vision and job description for the new position.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      6.2      Discussion on Silvertip tank lot: Assessment of trees around buildings Eileen gave her assessment on Big Pine & Silvertip lots. Action; Complete a survey identifying any or all trees that could cause damage to our infrastructure.

7.      ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT                                                                                                                                                                                    7.1      Backflow program – Going well almost wrapped up for the season                                                                                    7.2      Nexbill administrative software training – Training was complete and new interface works great.
