Meeting Minutes

November 9, 2020 – 8:00am via zoom

1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 8:00am by Kym Pipkin via zoom.

Directors Present:  Kym Pipkin, Tim Schroeder, Larry Anderson, Eileen Ilano

2. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA:

In Accordance with Section 54954.2(b) of the Government Code (Brown Act) an item may be added to the agenda.

3. PUBLIC COMMENT:

Any person wishing to address the Board of Directors on items of interest to Talmont Resort Improvement District not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. It is requested that comments be brief as possible, since no action may be taken by the Board on items addressed under Public Comment.

4. NEW BUSINESS:

a. Repairs: An immediate meeting was held to discuss emergency replacement of pump, motor and check valve on Well Pump #1. Rick explained that the pump would be pulled to change check valve and check motor condition.

Motion: It was motioned that if after inspection if needed authorize repair expenditures for $12,000-$15,000 to replace pump. All in favor, passed unanimously.

5. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 8:25am.  The next meeting is scheduled for Dec 15, 2020 at 8:30am.
