Meeting Minutes

March 19, 2024 11:30am – Howard J. Perry Maintenance Station

1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 11:30am by Tim Schroeder.

Directors Present: Tim Schroeder, Eileen Ilano, Nelson Rudolph,

Others Present: Libby Gregg, Bugg Vokel, Russell Dodge

2. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA:
In Accordance with Section 54954.2(b) of the Government Code (Brown Act) an item may be added to the agenda. For more info on additions/deletions to the agenda         visit https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov, select code GOV and keyword 54954.2.

3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None

4. OLD BUSINESS:
Washoe Way pump station generator bid opening.
2 bids were received one from Russell Dodge for $65,000 and the other from Longo Inc for $57,100.
Motion to accept the lower of the 2 bids pending paperwork review.
Motion was passed 2-1

5. ADJOURNMENT- The meeting was adjourned at 12:00pm.
The next meeting will be held on May 14th 8:30an at the Howard Perry Maintenance station
